We have compiled data on environmental activities conducted by office buildings, retail properties and hotels that Mitsui Fudosan directly administers and operates.
Facilities Targeted for Study

*2: Targets retail properties operated by LaLaport Management Co., Ltd.
*3: Targets Mitsui Garden Hotels operated by Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management Co., Ltd.
Note 1) For all graphs, the bar graphs indicate numerical values for the total amount, whereas the line graphs indicate numerical values for consumption/emission by floor space.
Note 2) Consumption at tenants' locations is also included in the data concerning office buildings and retail properties. In addition, data on office buildings include amount of consumption at floor areas of Mitsui Fudosan, which is used as the Company's own office.
Note 3) In the calculation of CO2 emissions, the emission factor stipulated in Article 3-1 of the Enforcement Ordinance of the Act on Promotion of Global Warming Countermeasures (revised in March 2006) is used.
