Various events held amid expansive greenery

“Diversity on the Green” is the concept upon which offices, housing, an art museum and retail properties developed amidst expansive greenery. This fusion of complex functions of the urban area resulted in “Tokyo Midtown.” We have worked to create a unique town unseen anywhere else in the world.

Trees that were preserved before development and then replanted

This environmentally-friendly development entailed the preservation of existing trees as well as the introduction of the latest energy conservation technology. It also involves activities to enhance values for the area along with the local community. We have contributed to society by holding various events and carrying out cultural support activities. Mitsui Fudosan would like to continue disseminating “JAPAN VALUE,” which is the new value created in Japan and the realization of our philosophies of “harmony and coexistence” and “the linking together of diverse values,” from this town to the world and into the future.
