We have compiled data on environmental activities conducted by office buildings, retail properties and hotels of Mitsui Fudosan.
In April 2010, the revised Energy Saving Law and revised Law Concerning the Promotion of Measures to Cope with Global Warming were enforced. Accordingly, Mitsui Fudosan decided to revise its definition of facilities targeted for study which it had created and been using until now. After fiscal 2009, facilities targeted for studying the amount of energy consumption and amount of CO2 emissions were revised to match these laws and regulations. Also, the facilities targeted for studying the amount of water consumption and the volume of disposed waste, were also revised. Due to this, facilities targeted for study for the data on environmental activities in this report differs from those of previous reports.
