Embarking on a New Stage by Leveraging Experience and Expertise Honed in Japan / The Mitsui Fudosan Group raises “challenges for creating new values and markets” as one CSR theme. We are currently launching challenges for creating value “bringing enrichment and comfort to urban areas” in full swing not only in Japan but also overseas.
Launching “Quality” and “Environmental” Urban Development in China / The Mitsui Fudosan Group engages in the retail properties business and for-sale housing business in fast-growing China by leveraging expertise honed in Japan. We also keep on challenging to create new “quality” and “environmental” value in urban development in China.
Exhibiting at China-Japan Green Expo 2011 / The Mitsui Fudosan Group exhibited at the China-Japan Green Expo 2011 that was held in Beijing on June 1 to 3 of 2011. There, we communicated our comprehensive strengths in environmental initiatives, such as introducing the various projects that are being pursued under &EARTH.
