This year the facility marks its 15th year of operation since opening in 2000. With a backdrop of good access due to its station-front location and collection of brand items popular with executives, the facility is used by many working women from surrounding areas, including Chiba Prefecture and Tokyo. With this upgrade the facility will evolve to better address the needs of women seeking to enjoy shopping with more bargains and to shop for brand-name bargains when commuting from work.
