Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. and Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management Co., Ltd. have decided on an opening date of Friday, September 16, 2016, for Mitsui Garden Hotel Nagoya Premier, located in Nakamura-ku, Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture.
The hotel will start accepting reservations on Wednesday, March 16.
The hotel is located close to Nagoya Station and is within the Symphony Toyota Building being developed by Towa Real Estate Co., Ltd., and will be the Mitsui Fudosan Group’s first Mitsui Garden Hotel to open in the Tokai region.
There are 295 guest rooms planned, and the view from the upper floors can be enjoyed from guest rooms as well as the lobby and restaurant located on the 18th floor.
The hotel is the third to be named a Premier Mitsui Garden Hotel, following the Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Premier, which opened in 2005, and the Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Premier, which opened in 2014.

  Occupies the uppermost floors (18th to 25th floors) of the Toyota Symphony Building, which being developed by Towa Real Estate. Connects directly to Nagoya Station, Midland Square via an underground passage. Upper floors provide an outstanding view from the guest rooms as well as the lobby and restaurant located on the 18th floor.
