30 Stores to Open Anew or Following Remodeling, Including 8 Stores Opening in Sendai City for the First Time

Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. has remodeled Mitsui Shopping Park LaLa garden Nagamachi, which is now in its seventh year, and will reopen the facility on March 18, 2016.
This remodeling will renew 30 stores (19 new stores and 11 refurbished stores), equivalent to about one-third of the approximately 90 stores in the park, with 8 of the stores opening in Sendai City for the first time. To make the park more convenient and pleasanter to use, the resting areas, restrooms, and other facilities will also be refurbished.
Through this renewal, Mitsui Fudosan aims to develop the facility into as a base for regional revitalization and exchanges.
