Many public facilities are located nearby, including the Hiratsuka City Office, the Hiratsuka Museum of Art and Hiratsuka Park, making it a core area of Hiratsuka City where many people gather.

The facility is a comfortable, relaxing and well-designed space that brings together 246 shops with an extensive lineup, including a collaboration shop between Shonan Bellmare and Nissan Motor Co.,Ltd., and local renowned stores, as well as fashionable apparel brands and topical restaurants and cafes.

In addition, the facility will also create a new town through a large-scale, mixed-use development project on approximately 18.2 hectares of the former site of the NISSAN SHATAI Shonan Plant Area #1 of NISSAN SHATAI CO., LTD. Recently, the decision was made to name this new area LaLa City Shonan Hiratsuka. In addition to this facility there are also projects by various operators constructing condominiums and there is a hospital under construction. The construction of these buildings is scheduled successively for completion. Development of detached housing is also moving ahead.

Concept of Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport SHONAN HIRATSUKA:
A Comfortable Space Designed to Incorporate Shonan Hiratsuka’s Abundant Natural Beauty

The facility aims to become a home away from home where people do not just shop and dine, but can easily go to at any time, and use as a new place to gather, connect or create encounters and exchanges.
