1972 Singapore - The first overseas “Joint Venture” company with Hong Leong Group was established.
1973 Thailand - Office building in Bangkok was acquired.
1988 The Garden Hotel in China(Xi’an) was opened.
2005 St. Regis Hotel & Residences Singapore construction started.Acquired Sentosa C9 Area in Singapore
2008 Singapore - St. Regis Hotel & Residences opened.
2009 China – Mitui Fudosan (Shanghai) Consulting Co., Ltd. was established.
2010 Mitsui Fudosan participated in Tianjin Eco-City Housing Project, China’s first large scale eco-city development housing project at the national level.
Mitsui Fudosan Consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd. was established.
2011 China – Mitsui Fudosan participated in housing and commercial property projects at Dalian Software Park Phase 2, a large-scale multi-purpose development.
China - Mitsui Fudosan Consulting (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. was established China (ZhejiangProvince) - Construction of Mitsui’s first overseas commercial facility,Shanjing Outlet Plaza-Ningbo, was completed.
Hong Kong – The Hong Kong branch was established.

International Projects

China

Shanjing Outlet Plaza-Ningbo (Open 2011)

The Shanjing Outlet Plaza-Ningbo is the first fully fledged outlet mall in Ningbo. With approximately 130 tenant stores, the mall is rich in variety. The facility is designed in a circuit, a well-known format in Japan, to enable customers to shop around easily, while presenting a space that Chinese customers will feel at home in. Local staff operate the facility, aiming to provide a safe, clean, secure environment.

DalianSoftwarePark Phase 2 (Scale of Overall Plan: 1,900 condominium units; approx. 47,200 m2 of commercial floor area.)

Mitsui Fudosan Residential Co., Ltd. is participating in housing sales and commercial facilities development taking place at Dalian Software Park Phase 2. Located in the city of Dalian (Liaoning Province, China), the project is being developed by Hong Kong-based developer Shui On Group and prominent Dalian-based developer Yida Group. In the housing development, the residential units are built with mainly young white-collar workers employed at SoftwarePark in mind. Mitsui Fudosan Residential is considering use of a Japanese designer for the common areas. In the commercial facilities development, the company plans to focus on attracting tenants offering services that support day-to-day life, such as restaurants, furniture retailers, and sellers of daily necessities.

Tianjin Eco-City Plot 12a (Approximately 900 residential units)

Mitsui Fudosan Residential Co., Ltd participated in the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City residential housing project, forming a project company with Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Investment and Development Co., Ltd. and TiongSeng Properties (Pte) Ltd. Work is currently proceeding at the site in plot 12a of the Eco-City. Tianjin Eco-City is a roughly 30-square kilometer development area located in the north of the Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (TEDA), within the Tianjin Binhai New Area in Tianjin, China. Based on the concepts of “environmental harmony,” “minimal resource consumption,” and “efficient resource recycling,” Tianjin Eco-City is China’s first large-scale environmental city project promoted at the national level. The target population for this community is 350,000 by 2020 to 2025.

Singapore

St. Regis Hotel & Residences (condominiums), Singapore (planned completion 2008)

Located near Orchard Road in Singapore, St. Regis Hotel & Residences is a mixed-use project that combines a luxury hotel and high-end residences. This project is being executed in Singapore through TID Pte. Ltd., a joint-venture company that was established in partnership with Mitsui Fudosan and the Hong Leong Group and has focused on condominium development for over 30 years.

The Oceanfront @ Sentosa Cove, Singapore (planned completion spring 2009)

Located on Sentosa Island within the marine resort-style residential area of Sentosa Cove being developed by government corporations (approximately 10,000 residents expected), the Oceanfront is a 264-unit, luxury condominium project now undergoing development by the joint-venture company TID Pte. Ltd.
