Mitsui Fudosan is the project manager for TBS' redevelopment project in Minato-ku's Akasaka 5-chome. Once construction is complete, Mitsui Fudosan will rent the office/commercial facility and residential buildings from TBS, and will then handle subleasing and building management.

This project preserves the rolling landscape characteristic of Akasaka, as well as the trees within the redevelopment area. Its centerpiece is the office/commercial facility building, and the complex also includes a cultural center with two stages. Moreover, there is a residential building where residents can enjoy an urban lifestyle.
Office/commercial facility building (Akasaka Biz Tower)
The use of a glass façade creates a transparent exterior that blends in with the sky, and the southern portion of the building features ceramic louvers.
Office floors
Elevators, hallways, and other common spaces are designed for easy wheelchair access, and each floor includes a handicapped bathroom. The floor plan for the office area is both practical and comfortable. Each floor offers about 858 tsubo of open-plan office space, and a grid ceiling system ensures layout flexibility.

The commercial zone includes both new shops and those with long standing in Akasaka, with a focus on food and beverages. Shops also provide goods and services, as well as office support.
