Developed on a prime location just a one-minute walk from the Tsukuba Express Kashiwanoha Campus Station. LaLaport KASHIWANOHA, a retail property with a collection of 185 shops now open at the station's west exit, helps create a comfortable living environment. The abundant greenery of the complex is perfectly matched with its surroundings, which include Kashiwanoha Park, the largest park of its kind in Chiba Prefecture. Built using the Mitsui Fudosan ideal that properties should improve with each passing year, this mega-project will contain 977 living units.

Each residence entryway has a two-story spacious lounge with vaulted ceilings. Welcoming to both residents and visitors, all will feel at home in this reception area.

Erected in front of an intermittent fountain on the central patio is the "Town Hall." We hope this space will become a place for parents to interact as they watch their children play from the bench seating provided.

A front desk and library have been built in the entry areas for each residence. The front desk offers a full range of support services for condominium residents. The library is designed to promote resident interaction.

The Kashiwanoha Campus City Concept, developed collaboratively by Tokyo University, Chiba University, and local bodies like the Chiba Prefectural government, is gaining momentum in Kashiwanoha. The Mitsui Fudosan Group, for its part, has been a staunch supporter of this plan since day one. Guided by the concept of creating a city within a campus, the project aims to develop a new urban area centered on Kashiwanoha Campus Station that will continue to shine 50 to 100 years from now. The opening of LaLaport KASHIWANOHA was the first step in this mission. The next step will be the creation, starting in spring 2008, of a large-scale residential area in front of the eastern side of the station.
