LaLagarden KASUKABE is the fourth entry in Mitsui Fudosan’s “Lifestyle Park” series, coming on the heels of Treage Shirahata (opened April 2003), LaLaTerrace MINAMISENJU (opened April 2004), and LaLagarden TSUKUBA (opened March 2004, expanded October 2005). Like its predecessors, LaLagarden KASUKABE was designed to serve as the community’s focal point and enrich the lives of local residents. 26 of the shops in LaLagarden KASUKABE are opening in Saitama for the first time.
