Mitsui Fudosan Enters Saitama Prefecture with Seventh Outlet Mall in the Mitsui Outlet Park Series


MITSUI OUTLET PARK Iruma is the first Outlet Park Mitsui Fudosan has opened in about six years. This 89,000-square meter facility boasts 204 stores, making it our largest Outlet Park to date.

Project Overview

Mitsui Outlet Park Iruma is adjacent to Japan National Route 16, one of the most convenient expressways in the Tokyo Metropolitan Area, as well as to the Metropolitan Inter-City Expressway, which has been called Japan’s new economic artery. Mitsui Fudosan has developed a comfortably spacious shopping area on a vast site covering approximately 86,000 m2, while striving to achieve harmony with the surrounding lush greenery. As one of Japan’s largest outlet malls, the Mitsui Outlet Park Iruma facility is designed to satisfy a diverse spectrum of customer needs by offering an extensive selection of prominent brands from around the world.
