Toyosu Redevelopment Project

A comfortable area for urban dwellers

Toyosu Redevelopment Project

Official Site (Urban Dock LaLaport TOYOSU)

This project combines a 1,481-unit residence with a next-generation commercial facility, both of which create a rich and relaxing atmosphere for urban dwellers. A next-generation city has been born in Toyosu, Tokyo's new bayside area.

Topics

The one-year anniversary of Urban Dock LaLaport TOYOSU, a commercial facility near central Tokyo

With its ideal location on Tokyo's Inner Harbor, Urban Dock LaLaport TOYOSU is still only some six minutes away from the Ginza area. This pleasant and relaxing large commercial facility, rare in an urban setting, brings together 190 stores.

Watching boats come and go

We wanted our LaLaport TOYOSU project to take maximum advantage of Toyosu's waterfront location, something hard to find in Tokyo. LaLaport TOYOSU is one of the few retail facilities in Japan where one can relax while watching boats sail in and out of a harbor. In addition, the sophisticated-looking facility boasts a dynamic interior space, bringing to mind an airport, and also features a translucent color scheme.
