Urban Dock Park City TOYOSU

Park City TOYOSU, a large-scale condominium complex with 1,476 units, centered on a 52-story tower and a 32-story tower.

Located next to Urban Dock LaLaport TOYOSU, a large urban commercial complex boasting 190 specialty shops, this new living space features the convenience found only with integrated development. Although in the inner city, this residential complex faces the water, and it is only six minutes from the nearest subway station to Ginza 1-chome.

Rising above the water, the elegant Urban Dock Park City TOYOSU will become a new urban landmark.

Features of Urban Dock Park City TOYOSU

Convenient access to both Ginza and Odaiba

It takes just six minutes to walk to the Yurakucho Line's Toyosu Station, and from there it is only six more minutes to Ginza. The Yurikamome Monorail, which runs through Odaiba to Shimbashi, was extended to Toyosu in 2006. Park City TOYOSU, in an area blessed with convenient transportation, will open in the spring of 2008.

Creating a comfortable space rich in greenery facing the water and Rainbow Bridge

The first thing one sees from Park City TOYOSU is water. The complex faces Rainbow Bridge, Odaiba, and Tokyo Bay, and if one turns one's head one can enjoy night views of downtown Tokyo. The grounds, based on the 24 solar points of the traditional East Asian calendar, provide a comfortable living environment with abundant greenery.

A peaceful common space created under the supervision of Hirsch Bedner Associates

The design of the complex's common spaces was overseen by Hirsch Bedner Associates, who have designed luxury hotels around the world. A full complement of common spaces, including a two-story sky lounge overlooking the water, a swimming pool, a jet bath, and a guest room, help put residents at ease.

Linkage to Urban Dock LaLaport TOYOSU

Another advantage of Park City TOYOSU is its integration into Urban Dock LaLaport TOYOSU. With fashion, gourmet food, movies, and a fitness club nearby, Urban Dock has something for everyone.

A residents-only underground tunnel links Park City to LaLaport TOYOSU, so rain is no concern. In addition, LaLaport TOYOSU features a lounge for the exclusive use of Park City residents. There is also shopping cart storage inside Park City, allowing residents to take shopping carts right to their door.

*Park City TOYOSU residences sold out in 2006
*Mitsui Fudosan's residential business was transferred to Mitsui Fudosan Residential Co., Ltd. on October 1, 2006.
