Yodoyabashi, Osaka's business area, is home to many financial institutions, government offices, and well-known companies. The Yodoyabashi Project is a large-scale project that brings together office space and commercial facilities, and it is directly linked to the Midosuji subway line's Yodoyabashi Station, the gateway to the Yodoyabashi area.
The building looks out on Midosuji, a thoroughfare lined with beautiful ginkgo trees. The building's architecture, primarily stone and metal, is symbolic of Osaka, with its wealth of tradition and culture.
Office floor
Each open-plan floor is about 1,805 square meters in area, making them the largest floors in the Kansai area. In addition, the building boasts individual air conditioning systems in 18 zones, a full IC card security system, an automated lighting control system, and heavy-duty zones that can support up to 1,000 kg/square meter. That is, the building promises a comfortable working environment.
Moreover, each floor's layout is flexible and efficient, thanks to a grid ceiling system and the ability to install partitions wherever they are desired.
Finally, each floor has a handicapped stall in the men's and women's bathrooms, while the hallways are a standard two meters wide.
Commercial facilities
The shopping zones in the two buildings are replete with restaurants and brand-name shops in line with urban adult tastes. In addition, the gingko-lined Midosuji street and the north-south portico space creates a feeling of relaxation.
The shopping zones are expected to include shops that make office workers' lives more convenient.
