Utilizing land from the former NEC Yokohama plant site, this project will develop a companion residential complex to the nearly 300-store LaLaport YOKOHAMA retail property. A variety of services specifically for residents are in the works, including one in collaboration with LaLaport YOKOHAMA that sends store and event information directly to residents' mobile phones. This is just one way in which this project will offer residents the high-quality and comfortable living they seek. Units will primarily be southward facing (619 of the 705 units planned), and will come standard with dishwasher/dryers, garbage disposals and other amenities.

1. Creation of a pleasant living environment with abundant greenery
- In addition to the preservation and transplanting of roughly 300 existing trees, the complex shares walkways and greenery with LaLaport YOKOHAMA.
- Residents will experience the beauty of seasonal changes thanks to nearly 25,000 plants and trees, from roughly120 different varieties, planted at the seven gardens onsite, including a 145-meter long stretch dubbed "Season Forest."
2. Partnership with the LaLaport YOKOHAMA retail property
- Store and event information will be sent to residents via mobile phone.
- Residents will be issued special cards entitling them to preferred discounts and other privileges.
3. IT-based front desk services and other support services
- Internet-based front desk services
A website will be created especially for residents, providing them with town information, notices from the property management company, and access to usage guides and reservation information for common facilities.
- Mobile concierge
Utilizing mobile phones, this service will send messages to individual residents informing them of notices from the property management company, updates on front desk services, and other information.
- Front desk services
These will encompass everything from doorstep delivery of newspapers and laundry to resident requests for the use of common facilities and introductions to other services.
4. Full range of common facilities
- In addition to plans to bring a city-licensed daycare onsite, the complex will be equipped with a party room and a playroom for kids, as well as a multipurpose studio, a library and guest rooms.
5. Dependable security
- Mitsui Fudosan's "PRISM EYE" security system will be installed onsite.
- The complex will feature round-the-clock staffing, over 60 security cameras on the property and throughout the building, a keycard-based building entry system, and alarm sensors on all entryways and windows.
*The housing business of Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. was transferred to Mitsui Fudosan Residential Co., Ltd. on October 1, 2006.
