Since the opening of LaLaport TOKYO-BAY in 1981, Mitsui Fudosan Group has consistently launched new retail properties that meet the changing trends and needs of customers.
Currently, we are creating a wide variety of commercial facilities throughout Japan that are tailored to the needs of local communities. Our projects consist of "Regional Shopping Centers," such as the LaLaport developments which cover a wide trade area; "Lifestyle Parks," suburban retail properties that establish roots in each local community; "Urban Facilities," which spice up life in the downtown area with the addition of sophisticated environments; "Redevelopment Projects," which aim to regenerate and invigorate sites mainly in front of railway stations; and "MITSUI OUTLET PARKs," which provide opportunities for customers to enjoy shopping in a pleasant atmosphere.
