by the concept of "creating bridges
of the heart between
Minamisanriku and Nihonbashi, and
between people and the future."
This is Mitsui Fudosan's first
permanent facility for the
communication and exchange of
information to support
quake-stricken areas in Tohoku
region including the town of
Minamisanriku in Miyagi
Prefecture.
*In Japanese,“ Watasu” means“ to cross”
a bridge, and therefore, the desire to
create bridges between Tohoku and
Nihonbashi.

Commitment to culture and
education

●“Kokoro no Gekijo (Theatre of the
Heart)” (Sponsored by Mitsui Fudosan
since 2008)

morality and friendship.

●Disaster-related experiential events
With the aim of educating the public in
various disaster-related know-how, we
