Mitsui Fudosan Group is delighted to announce the grand opening of “Mitsui Garden Hotel Yotsuya (123 guestrooms)” on Tuesday, March 3, 2009, conveniently located at Yotsuya 1-chome, Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo, just 3 minute walk from JR Yotsuya Station.

Major Features of this Hotel

1. The new hotel integrated voices & demands of female guests into the hotel design and interior. Female staff played the leading role in development of hotel operation policy, design, etc.
   • (Security)
     - The hotel adopts high anti-crime elevator system which is equipped with non-contact IC card reader. Elevator will only stop and open the doors at pre-defined landings.
   • (Design)
     - Beige-based elegant exterior design.
     - Balancing with the beige exterior, the interior adopts brown-based furniture and fixtures to produce coziness and elegance.
   • (Guestroom)
     - For single rooms, the hotel offers bathtub type and shower booth type rooms. Shower booth is glass-walled to produce openness.
     - For double rooms and shower booth type single rooms, they are designed to isolate bathroom/shower booth, washing basin, and toilet area from one another to enhance privacy and efficiency. Also, the washing basin is lighted by LED and downlight system, equipped with a stool to enable the use of space as a dresser.

     - Exclusive offer for ladies (Designated floors for restricted use of female guests, accommodation package for ladies only, etc.)
2. For an excellent good night sleep, each guestroom has bedding manufactured by Serta, the #1 mattress brand among major American hotels, plus self-adjustable pillow, a revolutionary sleeping item co-developed with Lofty that enables the guest to choose his/her most comforting head setting based on his/her preference of pillow firmness(softness) and thickness(thinness).
3. Each guestroom includes great amenities, 26-inch (or more) size LCD television, air purification machine, 100 Mbit high speed internet connection for no extra charge, VOD (over 110 enjoyable contents to choose from), etc.
4. Wonderful dinings include: Italian restaurant “Pizza Salvatore Cuomo Yotsuya” and wine bar/shop “Bottega Yotsuya”, located on the 1^st floor and basement respectively.
