Shin-Misato LaLa City has developed into one of Japan’s major retail properties, with Swedish furnishing and interior giant IKEA and American large-scale wholesaler COSTCO located on the site. Moreover, in 2012, LaLaport SHIN MISATO ANNEX was completed, followed in 2014 by the completion of integrated residences in the station area as the town has continued to develop. The major revamp will contribute to even further development of the town.
