Since the 1980's, Mitsui Fudosan has been advancing neighborhood creation in Toyosu in partnership with IHI Corporation, including the development of offices, commercial facilities, and residences.
The Toyosu area was once the Ishikawajima Shipyard but it is currently being developed into a mixed-use neighborhood for working, living, playing, and learning.
The local population and number of visitors have been steadily rising and Toyosu continues to grow as a lively neighborhood where resident, workers, and tourists gather.
The redevelopment of Toyosu began in earnest with various office building projects, including the Toyosu Center Building and the Toyosu ON Building, which were completed in 1992. It continued to grow as a new business area attracting businesses from a variety of industries.
Toyosu Bayside Cross Tower
A large-scale mixed-use redevelopment project comprising offices, commercial facilities, and a hotel. It leverages the abundant nature, including the watersides and greenery, that characterize the Toyosu area and an outside area lush with green spaces to offer a completely new kind of office space.
We utilized the area's excellent access to central Tokyo and its waterside charm to develop large-scale residential complexes, starting with URBAN DOCK PARK CITY TOYOSU, which was completed in 2008. As a result, the residential population has increased significantly, steadily increasing the neighborhood's appeal.

Mitsui Shopping Park Urban Dock LaLaport TOYOSU
A large-scale commercial facility centered around a waterside park on the site of a former shipbuilding dock. It includes stores that support urban lifestyles alongside pleasant and relaxing cultural facilities, providing people who live in Toyosu with a focal point for interaction.
WANGAN ACTION is a project mainly being driven by Mitsui Fudosan Residential that aims to provide residents with enriching time and an enriched spirit through efforts that encompass both tangible and intangible elements, under a theme of "ensuring customer happiness, even after they move in."
It will raise the value of the bay area, including Kachidoki, Harumi, Tsukishima, and Toyosu, through activities in a wide range of areas such as food, sports, art, education, music, and environment.

Mitsui Shopping Park Urban Dock LaLaport TOYOSU
Mitsui Shopping Park Urban Dock LaLaport TOYOSU, which opened in 2006, is a large-scale commercial facility centered around a waterside park on the site of a former shipbuilding dock.
It has become a landmark for Toyosu and attracts plenty of attention for the area.
Remnants of industrial heritage
In the Toyosu 2-Chome and 3-Chome area, various remnants from when the neighborhood was a shipyard have been preserved as monuments to show future generations the site's history as a pillar of the Japanese shipbuilding industry.
Seaside Deck
An outdoor event space facing the sea, located in Urban Dock LaLaport TOYOSU's central courtyard. A variety of events are held throughout the year, including live music performances, talk shows, and experience-based classes.
Dog Run
Toyosu is also a great place for spending time with pets. ILIO, a shop that supports every aspect of dog ownership located within Urban Dock LaLaport TOYOSU, also has a dog run with real grass where dogs and owners can have fun together.
Toyosu Gururi Park
A public park that wraps around Toyosu Wharf (gururi is the Japanese word for enclose or surround). It offers excellent views of the Rainbow Bridge and is a great place to go for a stroll or run while enjoying the beautiful coastal vista and fresh sea breezes.
Water Bus
Urban Dock LaLaport TOYOSU is also a stop for the Water Bus. Passengers can travel to and from locations including Asakusa, Odaiba, and Shibaura.
WORKSTYLING Toyosu
WORKSTYLING are multi-site shared offices for corporate clients developed by Mitsui Fudosan. We have opened a site in Toyosu, which is gaining attention as an up-and-coming business area, to provide freer workstyles for local businesses.
MIFA Football Park
An urban football and communication complex operated by Mitsui Fudosan Residential. It is vitalizing the area and helping to build a local community through a variety of events and tournaments.
KidZania Tokyo

Marche of the Sun
Japan's largest urban market, primarily operated by Mitsui Fudosan Residential. In addition to buying seasonal fruits and vegetables, visitors can also enjoy workshops based on the theme of food education.

An experience-based educational facility operated by Mitsui Fudosan Residential Service where visitors can learn about the inner workings of apartment building management in a fun way.
