Tokyo, Japan, May 17, 2018 - Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., a leading global real estate company headquartered in Tokyo, has been developing its WORK STYLING Project since April 2017, offering multi-site shared offices for corporate clients in order to realize new styles of working.
In the initiative announced today, Mitsui Fudosan will start offering WORK STYLING STAY as a new service of the WORK STYLING Project in Italian Town in Shiodome on Thursday, May 31, 2018. WORK STYLING STAY is "a work space where you can stay overnight" that is offered to corporate clients with a WORK STYLING contract in order to realize new styles of working in companies. WORK STYLING STAY enables clients to stay, relax, and work in one space, thereby responding to today’s diversifying business scenarios.

WORK STYLING STAY’s Menu of Services
- Stay overnight
Can be used as a safe, high-quality and easy-to-use accommodation facility when traveling with good access to Tokyo Station, Haneda Airport and other key transport hubs.
- Relax (short stay)
Can be used for taking a break before or after early morning flights and after working irregular hours.
- Work
Can choose from various work spaces according to working style, from working in a private booth to checking email in an open space.

What is WORK STYLING?
WORK STYLING is multi-site shared office services for corporate clients that Mitsui Fudosan launched in April 2017 in order to realize new styles of working.
WORK STYLING offers two services: WORK STYLING SHARE shared offices with strong multi-site functionality and WORK STYLING FLEX serviced offices that adapt to an increasing number of working styles by flexibly responding to goals, staff numbers and periods of use. Mitsui Fudosan is developing these services, and has now added WORK STYLING STAY, which supports a variety of worker-related business scenarios.
