Tokyo, Japan, January 31, 2023 - Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd, a leading global real estate company headquartered in Tokyo, and ten companies in the residential sector of the Mitsui Fudosan Group (*1) announced today that they will be launching the Mitsui-No-Sumai Loop Points program on February 1, 2023, as it celebrated the tenth anniversary of the service’s launch in 2022. This marks the second phase of upgrades to Mitsui-No-Sumai Loop, a membership club that provides services related to homes and living.

Mitsui-No-Sumai Loop is a membership club that provides various services related to homes and living for customers who have engaged in housing-related transactions with the Mitsui Fudosan Group (new home construction, brokerage services, rental housing, renovations, interiors, etc.), and currently has around 300,000 members. In the first phase of upgrades in October 2022, the Mitsui-No-Sumai Loop Premium Member Service was launched to provide a greater array of services and benefits to loyal members.

For the second phase, a points program has been created that will grant points for the use of Mitsui-No-Sumai Premium Benefits (new home construction, brokerage services, etc.) and living-related services (house cleaning and other eligible services). Points earned can be used to pay for Sumai Loop services or exchanged for gifts. Moreover, the companies plan to link this new points program with the points programs of commercial facilities and hotels in the Mitsui Fudosan Group so that the services of these facilities and hotels can also be used through the exchange of points (planned to begin in summer 2023). In the future, points will be interchangeable between Mitsui Fudosan Group membership clubs, Mitsui-No-Sumai Loop, Mitsui Shopping Park Points, and MGH Rewards Club. The combined 14 million members of these clubs will be able to use their points for services outside the individual clubs.

The companies plan to continue making various upgrades to Mitsui-No-Sumai Loop and work to enhance services to the satisfaction of members. Through these initiatives, the companies will further increase Mitsui-No-Sumai Loop’s appeal as a membership service, strive to increase convenience and satisfaction for members, and further accelerate the activities of the Mitsui Fudosan Group as the “Best Partner for Homes and Living.”
