Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Takashi Ueda, hereafter “Mitsui Fudosan”) and SOHO HOUSE & Co Inc. (Head Office: London, UK; CEO: Andrew Carnie) have announced plans to open Japan’s first Soho House in Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo. The new club, Soho House Tokyo, will be located inside “Omotesando Grid Tower” (see reference release below) and is scheduled to begin accepting membership applications in the summer of 2025, ahead of its opening in spring 2026.

Soho House Tokyo will occupy four floors (11th–14th) of the upcoming mixed-use building “Omotesando Grid Tower” in Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku.
The property will feature 42 guest rooms designed for a creative lifestyle — from cozy and medium-sized rooms to luxurious suites — ensuring a comfortable stay for guests.
