We engage in logistics business that includes creating mixed-use hubs for new industry that offer space for other purposes, such as offices, training facilities, and new industry support facilities, alongside logistics functions, and building properties in collaboration with communities as environment creation projects.
The mission statement of our logistics businesses is "Tomoni, Tsunagu. Tomoni, Umidasu." (Connecting values together with customers and creating new values together with customers) and we work to create value that goes beyond conventional frameworks and connects a wide variety of people, goods, and concepts as a problem-solving partner to our tenants. In this way, we hope to make an even greater contribution to enriching and sustainable lifestyles.
We are promoting the development of neighborhood creation-type logistics facilities that enrich neighborhood life, including by building out public plazas and other spaces, installing community disaster preparedness centers and places for interaction, and by setting up fields for prototype drone testing.

MFLP &LOGI Solution serves a platform that provides consulting by Group company MF Logi Solutions, and digital solutions from partner companies to address customers’ logistics issues.
In addition, with future logistics issues in mind, we are pushing ahead with a variety of initiatives.
At Mitsui Fudosan Logistics Park・LOGIFRONT Tokyo Itabashi, we offer a section of space available for lease as an R&D zone in anticipation of future drone delivery.
Within Mitsui Fudosan Logistics Park Funabashi Ⅲ, sections equipped with automation equipment can be jointly used by multiple customers not only for storage, but also for freight handling and shipping as a one-stop service, enabling usage on a pay-per-use basis.
MFLP &LOGI Community has been operating as a community of shippers since 2019. Each month, the community organizes events such as facility tours, logistics-related study sessions, and social gatherings.
MFLP &LOGI Lab has developed a system that coordinates the operation of logistics equipment from different manufacturers. The facility showcases a “Full Automation Logistics Model” that automates all logistics operations from receiving through storage to shipping.
