Tokyo, Japan, February 25, 2021 - Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., a leading global real estate company headquartered in Tokyo, and Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management Co., Ltd. announced today they will start offering the Hotel Subscription Plan, a new “home and lifestyle” proposal using hotels with a choice of two subscription services. The companies started the services after focusing on the drastic lifestyle changes brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, drawing attention to the advance of teleworking, “workcations” and other matters.

The recently launched Hotel Subscription Plan is a new service proposing a new style of hotel living utilizing 38 facilities in 12 prefectures throughout Japan under three hotel brands operated by Mitsui Fudosan. The plan offers two choices at a flat rate to enable customers to pick which best matches their lifestyle, with the Hotel Anywhere Pass that makes a reality of a multi-base lifestyle and the Hotel Resident Pass that makes it possible to use hotels like a second home without any need for contracts or initial costs.

As a plan enabling a multi-base lifestyle without being tied down to a single base at a time when lifestyles are changing to center around teleworking, we have prepared the Hotel Anywhere Pass enabling use at your disposal every day of a preferred hotel for a flat rate from among 35 Mitsui Garden Hotels and sequence hotels located in 12 prefectures throughout Japan.

• We have prepared facilities and services with features that vary according to hotel, such as large baths, fitness gyms and lounges exclusively for guests. Use the hotels to match particular objectives or feelings on the day of use. Various types of amenities (such as toothbrushes and shampoo) have also been prepared in each room. And there is unlimited free Wi-Fi.
• Rooms are also cleaned regularly and towels and bed linens are changed.

Hotel Resident Pass
- Make a favorite hotel for home -

In response to the various needs of customers, such as using a second home as a second base for teleworking, somewhere to stay during a gap created by moving or renovations or to live a dual life in a hotel packed with services and facilities, we have prepared the Hotel Resident Pass that allows customers to choose their favorite room from a preferred hotel from among 38 THE CELESTINE HOTELS, Mitsui Garden Hotels and sequence hotels located in 12 prefectures throughout Japan for a flat rate for 30 nights.

• We have prepared facilities and services with features that vary according to hotel, such as large baths, fitness gyms and lounges exclusively for guests. Use the hotels to match particular objectives or feelings on the day of use. Various types of amenities (such as toothbrushes and shampoo) have also been prepared in each room. And there is unlimited free Wi-Fi.
