Tokyo, Japan, May 18, 2026 - Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., a leading global real estate company headquartered in Tokyo (hereafter, “Mitsui Fudosan”), together with the PHR Connect Consortium—comprising BIPROGY Inc. (hereafter, “BIPROGY”), West Japan Railway Company (hereafter, “JR West”), and Hakuhodo Inc. (hereafter, “Hakuhodo”)—announced today that they will install the Body Analysis Pod at Nihonbashi Muromachi Mitsui Tower. The pod was exhibited at the Osaka Healthcare Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan and proved popular. The PHR Connect Consortium will launch its DotHealth Body Analysis Service (hereafter, “the Service”) at Nihonbashi Muromachi Mitsui Tower on May 19, 2026. This is the first time the service is being offered at an office building and in the Greater Tokyo area.
At Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, the Osaka Healthcare Pavilion welcomed more than 5.53 million visitors, and the Reborn Experience, in which visitors used the Body Analysis Pod to check their own health and gain insights that prompted behavioral change through the visualization of that health data, generated significant attention. Aiming to ensure that the Reborn Experience would not end as a one-time event at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, but instead take root in everyday life, the PHR Connect Consortium has continued the initiative as an Expo legacy project and currently offers the service at four locations in Osaka Prefecture.
Given the context of growing corporate interest in health and productivity management and human capital, and the rising importance of initiatives that contribute to employee wellbeing, the installation at Nihonbashi Muromachi Mitsui Tower is aimed primarily at office workers based at the tower and surrounding offices, providing an environment in which they can visualize their health status as part of daily life and supporting the creation of new healthy habits. Mitsui Fudosan will offer the service as part of &BIZ—its suite of services for office workers at its properties—as an initiative that supports the health and wellbeing of employees at tenant companies. By also making the Service available to visitors to the area, Mitsui Fudosan and the PHR Connect Consortium aim to extend their impact to the wider neighborhood and to establish a new healthcare experience as part of everyday life.

■ Significance of the Service
The Body Analysis Pod measures health across six areas: cardiovascular, hair, skin, teeth, brain, and musculoskeletal. Following the device’s instructions, users can collect data on approximately 50 items, including pulse and skin oil content, in approximately eight minutes. Results are accumulated in a dedicated web app, where users can review them through graphs and other displays. By using the Service regularly, for example, once every three weeks, users can track changes in their physical condition over time.
Through continued use, the Service helps users shift their awareness and behavior around health and provides ongoing health support as part of daily life. The Service is designed for office workers to use during their lunch breaks or between tasks. It integrates routine activities, such as tracking daily changes in physical condition, and promotes health awareness by allowing users to share their results with others. It is also expected to contribute to higher productivity through improved condition management.
